Robin tosses Batman a crowbar and he uses it to stop the spikes. Linda's zombification is complete. she's the best looking zombie ever!Daka is astounded that Batman escaped from his trap. he destroys his entrance so the police won't find it.
two of Daka's henchmen see Robin get into Alfred's car but fortunately Bruce tricks them and has Alfred follow them. even Alfred gets involved in this battle! they take the defeated villains to the Bat's Cave for questioning.
Bruce gets a note from Linda, but knows it's a trap and is sure they won't get caught in it. Daka gives his crocs some "appetizers" to get them ready for Bruce's visit.
despite Bruce's statement, he gets knocked out from behind. they put him in "the box" and have it taken to Daka's lair.
the box is thrown into the croc pit!final chapter- The Doom of the Rising Sun

they cheat big time for this one...
before the box was taken to Daka, Batman telegraphs Robin and tells him and Alfred he's stuck in the box and where he's stuck in the box. he frees Batman and they put the thug in the box instead.
now we go to the end of chapter #14...
Daka sees that it's Wallace in the pit, and Daka is less than concerned (since he was careless, he deserved it). Batman gets into the cave with help from Alfred's distraction. Batman knocks out the strongman with one punch.
Daka is planning some terrible means for exterminating Batman (we all know what will happen now!). Daka lets Batman in, but won't let the thugs shoot him (tsk, wants to make him a zombie, of course). 6 thugs can't stop Batman and Robin!
but perhaps two zombies can! Batman and Daka finally come face to face. he places Batman into the zombification machine, but has to gloat. Robin follows Linda and her uncle and ropes Daka right before he unmasks Batman.
Batman then has Daka make Linda a non-zombie. meanwhile, Alfred has the cops headed toward our heroes for help. Daka makes one last attempt at freedom, but falls into the croc pit (anyone surprised?).
Captain Arnold then shows up, and Batman gives him the credit for destroying the "Jap spy ring". thanks to Alfred Batman and Robin make a clean getaway. then Bruce and co. show up to take Linda home.
not bad overall, in fact, quite good. let down by the batsuit itself and a lack of imagination in some of the scenes. wartime slurs don't shock me, but are surprising to hear in these days.
they did need a Batmobile though.
