Glenn Ford died yesterday at his home at the age of 90.He was seen in many great films ranging from westerns to film noir to comedies.He will be familiar to younger fans as portraying Jonathan Kent in SUPERMAN THE MOVIE.

Although I am a week late, I too was very sadden to hear of the passing of Glenn Ford. My favorites of his are "Gilda" with Rita Hayworth and "Cowboy" with Jack Lemmon. With his death, the great leading male stars from Hollywood's Golden Era are all but gone now, with only Kirk Douglas and Richard Widmark the only two that I can think of that are still around.
