Sometimes it's fun to come up with crazy, alternate titles for our beloved monster/horror/sci-fi flicks.
Here are a few that hit me during a recent bout of insomnia:
INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS or iPOD-DED A MONSTER FROM OUTER SPACE
HOUSE OF FRANKENSTEIN or FRANKENSTEIN’S MUDDY ERROR
MONSTER ON THE CAMPUS or THE NUTTY PROFESSOR OF DUNSTON
I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE or SOME LEFT RUNNING
CARNIVAL OF SOULS or THE GREATEST CREEPSHOW ON EARTH
THE GIANT CLAW or THE AMAZING COLOSSAL GONZO
THE KILLER SHREWS or WHEN SORE REX REASONS GO BAD
DAWN OF THE DEAD or MEN OF LA MUNCHA
ATOM AGE VAMPIRE or NUCLEAR NOSFERATU
I BURY THE LIVING or EDGAR ALLAN’S FAMILY PLOT
SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS or THE ANGRY RED NICHOLAS
THE DEVIL BAT or THE GOODBYE GUY
THE WAR OF THE WORLDS or THOSE MAGNIFICENT MARTIANS IN THEIR FLYING MACHINES
ATTACK OF THE MUSHROOM PEOPLE or WITH SIX 'SHROOM OMELETS YOU GET FRENCH TOAST
OK, I'm really reaching with that last one... well probably with all of them, but maybe we can have some laughs with this. Whatcha think guys? Have any to share?

Did you mean Star Trek III? Star Trek II was Wrath of Kahn (the best Star Trek movie and only one I have on DVD). The Search for More Money makes sense for Star Trek III The Search for Spock.
The War of the Worlds - The War of the Remakes
In addition to the 50s version there are 2 live action remakes and an animated version is in the works. I have the only version set in the original time period. I haven't watched it yet. I'll post a review when I have.
