Does Paris Hilton even know who Vincent Price was? Think I'll trust my pre-judging instincts on this one. Sorry Paris. You sure are pretty, but couldn't the producers have called this HOTEL OF WAX instead?

ugh, i don't find Paris pretty at all, except maybe... PRETTY VACANT! she's so studied and everything is done with such an eye to be in the spotlight and stay there- there doesn't seem to be anything real about her.
and despite wanting to see her die a gruesome death, i'll pass on this as well.

David And amazingly, she was selected as one of the most "intriguing" people for 2004. That just shows where things have gone lately. I’ll pass on this as well. Give me Vincent Price instead. And I seriously, seriously doubt she knows who Price was.

nice Christmas Story reference, by the way!
i doubt Paris knows much at all- i think i read she didn't even graduate high school. vacuous ninny, i think Lisa Simpson said it best.

It is pretty sad that the country is enamored with someone like Hilton, a talentless (well, I guess she has one talent, as evidenced by her infamous video ) attention hound whose only accomplishment in life happens to be that her parents own a billion-dollar hotel chain. What's worse is that she ends up in movies that people like us might actually enjoy. It isn't a pretty picture anymore. I find myself turning to DVDs, video games, books, and roleplaying games as entertainment now more than ever. Other than a few select shows and sports, I rarely watch television now, given that the airwaves are overrun by horrid shows like American Idol and the rest of the garbage they try to pass off as entertainment, as well as theatrical releases. Things have gone downhill, now that low-budget & independent studios seem to be a dying breed.

Well said, stareater. I feel the same way about 95% of today's entertainment. Thank heaven for DVDs.
About Paris, I only find her face pretty. The rest they can keep. What's in her head doesn't seem impressive either. I saw a few minutes of some dumb special about her making HOUSE OF WAX. She and the gang were on a party ship, and she was dancing to her new music CD [she sings too??] and commenting on how much fun her music is to dance to. Oye vey. Talk about artificial fluff!

by the way, i really don't want her dead or anything, i just want her to go away. far away. and the best way to do that is to ignore her!
