oh, this is a weird 70s movie, i don't know if it's tv or not.
Roger Sands, a convicted killer, learns to use pshychokinesis to be able to kill women that remind him of his mother. Det. Holt must stop him.
i reckon this was one of the first movies to exploit the whole "i'm not responsible for my actions" deal, and Sands does make a sympathetic villain, vaguely, since his mom was so self centered one can understand why he went nuts. but still, it's full of 70s hair, music and clothes.
