Miyauchi Hiroshi is so well-known as V-3 but I wanted to let you fans know that broadcasting now on TV here in Hawaii are Re-runs of a show he used to do before he did Kamen Rider. It's a samurai show called ABARENBO SHOGUN, about the life of the 8th Shogun, Yoshimune. In this series,Miyauchi plays the role of SUKEHACHI the personal ninja aide to the Shogun. This ABARENBO series recently ended production after making over 800 episodes! Over the many years, many different actors have played the Shogun's ninja, but Miyauchi was the first, way back during the 1970s. So the episodes being currently shown are obviously re-runs. Back during that time, Miyauchi visited Hawaii to promote his Kamen Rider series by signing autographs at Ala Moana Center, one of the biggest shopping centers here. I was there waiting in line in the parking lot where a small stage was set up. Which brings me up to the question of the day: I notice one of the websites has a V-3 photograph signed by Miyauchi, which was posted by Augie Ragone. So I wonder if Augie was there at Ala Moana Center on that eventful day. So were you there, Augie? We might have been standing right next to each other!

I have one of those signed photos too, although mine came from ebay for really cheap (the seller didn't seem to know what to make of it, they just found it in their attic or something.)
