I put this up for some Youkai fans and thought I'd let you all know about it as well...
Kappa no Sanpei is the story of Sanpei Kawahara, a normal boy who is kidnapped by a group of water Youkai (Japanese spirits) called Kappa. They have mistaken Sanpei for a Kappa and want him to join up with them. In this first 26 minute episode the Kappa are being threatened by a kaiju swamp monster and it's up to Sanpei to save them. (not subtitled)
Created by Shigeru Mizuki, the artist responsible for the modern popularity of Youkai in Japan with characters such as Gegege no Kitarou, Akuma-Kun and the youkai from the old Toei Youkai movies.
This is a streaming video from YouTube, so you probably have to have macromedia flash to watch it.
I thought it was pretty neat to see a black and white non-Tsuburaya kaiju TV show from the 60s.
