I did a search on The Return of Chandu and came across this site, movieflix.com
About 93% or so is only available through a subscription service, but there's several serials and movies that are free to download, such as the compilation movie of Chandu...

I gave all bs info for the free signup. I did not get emailed a password or anything so I think you can put whatever bs and it wont matter.
I think it's all in RealMedia though, so if you don't like the whole RealPLayer thing, then avoid this site.
