these are all titles of movies on DVD. they are from the Philipines and one even guest stars "Darna" i know Gagamboy is a Spider-man rip, as that's easy to see and it's subbed in English.

has any one seen any of these movies?

it is Captain Barbell- i misremembered.

"Lastikman" guests in the Fantastic Man movie, he looks a bit like "Poli-man" from Supreme. there's a picture of him on the back. oops, now that i look it must be the Barbell movie he guests in.
