Blue Demon Jr to star in tv show?

According to a recent article/interview that ran in a recent edition of Mexican newspaper EL EXCELSIOR Blue Demon Jr is in the process of creating a live action tv show in which he stars.Plans are for the show to run on Mexican cable.Blue claims the series will be a realistic action adventure show and they want to avoid the "campiness" of many of the luchahero films.Blue hints that he may even remove his hood in the show,but will not show his face,instead he will disguise himself ala Lone Ranger.If the series does get under way American fans can only hope the show will appear in some form or another in the US.

This would be very cool, although the supposed "campiness" of the luchahero movies is what makes them great. I'd love to see Blue Jr fighting werewolves, mummies and vampires!
