Have you ever watched a film and wished it was shorter, longer or omitted some stupid or pointless scene(s)? How would you change it/make it better??

I've watched plenty of films that members of the site have created, and have enjoyed them all. Believe it or not, there's even a fan edited Three Stooges short!!!! ;D I for one would love to see some fan edits of our favourite Japanese monster flicks, why the hell not?
