NWA: TNA's Friday afternoon wrestling program called Impact! debuted on Fox Sports Net two months ago, and the reviews have been mixed. So what do you think?
I like it, though it comes off too much like ECW on TNN, meaning too many jobber matches and not enough story lines to make the matches meaningful or interesting. I really think the much-maligned six-sided ring is the least of TNA's problems. It's always good to see Vince Russo on camera, and I'm liking his new role as a babyface. Bet the smart marks never thought he could pull it off.
Overall, it's a good show, though it could use a lot of improvement.

You can change that, it's easy! I keep forgetting to watch TNA, but I'm going to set the VCR to tape it. I've enjoyed what I've seen, but they really need to quit trying to be ECW or wwf and just find their own DIFFERENT voice.

I had high hopes for TNA. Jerry Jarrett promised us an alternative, and for the most part it comes off as WWEliight, or even worse a watered down WCW. Jerry is a nice guy, and he has booked some great stuff in the past. IRusso needs to stay off camera. He still puts himself in places that would benifit talent more. If it weren't for the X Division TNA would be dead. I would love to see an NWA Title match with no outside interference. Now, TNA has really toned down on some of the dumber stuff they did, and like what they are doping with Monty Brown. That guy is friggin ripped.

Well, not sure how long TNA is going to be around. Panda Energy, the money of TNA, has given them until February to find new backers.

i still like it, and it seems like they've got something going, but they just need to be themselves, not ecw or wwf. a good BIG name would really help, if only Jericho would ditch his comfortable living in wwe as a mid-carder and join- he could be a tweener champ so easily.

it sure has been fun- but i wish they would push The Alpha Male and some of the newer people, other than retreads of Nash, DDP, etc. wonder if 1-2-3 will get over again at all? i mean, how many places can he get booed?

they should really push Monty Brown- he's a great talent, and should be a contender.
