just picked this DVD up (for $5.99 at Bestbuy) and while it's just a port of the original tape it's quite entertaining. there's some nice fights here. i've never seen Andre moving like this before. he could really go! in his "boxing" match with Gorilla Monsoon, Gorilla could move pretty well also.
the Battle Royal is quite fun, seeing all those stars, Slaughter, Hogan with hair, Mil Mascaras, Dick and Adrian, Tito and more.
the disc ends with the Wrestlemania match with John Studd. it wouldn't surprise me to see a double disc Giant set from the WWE some day, now that they could include WCW and AWA footage. and they need the Wrestlemania III match!

Sounds like a cool disc,David! It broke my heart to see how much Andre suffered in the years before his untimely death,&it's nice to see him get his due(I hope for a double-DVD Andre retrospective,too...)Incidentally,Andre was one of my late grandfather's favorite grapplers&one of my happiest memories(well,TWO of my happiest memories)are taking him to the Wicomico Youth&Civic Center to see Wrestlemania&Wrestlemania III on closed-circuit TV.Come to think of it,I wouldn't mind seeing a DVD about Big John Studd as well...
Yat dan,yee lik,sam gung fu!

i dunno if there would be a call for Studd, but i bet the wwe could do a "greatest villains of the ring" or a Heenan Family disc, which would be cool.
