Let's see here. hmmmmmmm............
1)Freebirds blinding JYD from Midsouth. This angle established JYD as one of the most over baby faces ever and was the begining of the Freebirds as the predominant heels in wrestling. People were white hot for this angle to the point where The Birds had their lives threatened quite a bit.
2)The LOD heel turn in 1988 from JCP. Even though this angle petered out, it started with a bang. They took out Sting and Luger, try to put Dusty's eye out with one of their spikes and they finally captured the elusive NWA Tag Titles. It was a throwback to the Warriors being at their ass kicking best days of 83-85.
3)Flair, Ole, and Arn attack Dusty leading to the formation of the Horsemen from JCP. Dusty saves Flair from a beatdown at the hands of The Koloffs and Kruschev in a cage only to be ambushed by the Anderson who helped Flair in breaking Duty's leg. Man, that scene alone was good alone, but in the fallout from it the best stable in wrestling was formed in the Horsemen. This one incident lead to some of the best wrestling and JCP was built around the Horsemen during my favorite period in wrestling.
