My Wife's Grandmother was buried yesterday. One of her cousins came up and said "That guy driving the hearse looks just like that guy that used to come out with the Undertaker". I overheard one of the workers talking about a Mr. Moody and I asked William Moody? I was told yes and went to look for our cousin to tell him. I ran into Mr. Moody and introduced myself. He remembered the e mails we'd sent each other. He was very nice and gracious. Once the family heard who he was they hounded him for autographs and he was very nice, especially to the kids. When the service started he was the ultimate professional. I knew he was a certified Mortician and that he lived in Mobile but had no idea he worked here in Mississippi. We talked some after the service, heck he even told me about Gary Hart passing on. He said his time in Florida was the most fun he had in the business. I didn't ask for his autograph as I felt it was disrespectful, but I am thinking of picking up a Classic Superstars Bearer figure to get him to sign. I wish it was under better circumstances but after corresponding with him over the Internet it was nice to meet him in person.
