Karen Black ala TRILOGY OF TERROR and BURNT OFFERINGS popped into my mind first. I had a thing for Carolyn Jones as Morticia in the original ADDAMS FAMILY as well (especially at age 10 when it was first on). I'm sure there were others, but I'll have to think a bit more on it.

i always thought Leela from Dr Who was sexy and perhaps not scary, but very very dangerous to people that crossed her or the Doctor.

But yeah, that pic of Caroline back there definately makes for an easy sell.

How about Ingrid Pitt in THE VAMPIRE LOVERS, one of my favorite Hammers. I saw this uncut with all the nekkid shots on PBS around 1988, and boy what an impact that made! As for Leela, I met Louise Jameson at a convention about 20 years ago when i was in high school and she was very nice. It was when they had a traveling exhibit of Dr Who props which was fantastic and Louise rode out in Bessie, the third Doctor's Edwardian roadster! I still have an autographed photo around here someplace from that event.

I was among the volunteer staff at one of those traveling Doctor Who exhibits. It was in Iowa. A few of us fans from Nebraska drove over. I took several pictures. Of course I have Louise Jameson autograph. I agree she was a nice lady. I also have Janet Fielding's (Tegan) autograph from an Iowa appearance. She was a little more stand offish.

I just watched AT THE EARTH'S CORE. And can say without a doubt that Caroline Munro was definately the best thing about that movie.

Patty Shepard as Countess Wandessa in Naschy's WEREWOLF VS VAMPIRE WOMAN. She actually looks alot like Barbara Steele and is more scary than sexy in this movie. She's also the sexy heroine of Naschy's earlier ASSIGNMENT TERROR where she is the girlfriend of Craig Hill's police inspector character.

Martine definitely!! I think she was best used in the underrated Hammer gem Dr Jekyll and Sister Hyde.
I would also submit Helga Line, the German ice queen from several Naschy and euro movies, most notobly in Horror Rises From the Tomb where she proves the best way to a man's heart is through his chest!! She also co starred with Barbara Steele in NIGHTMARE CASTLE but unfortunately the two did not have any signifigant evil face off with each other, which is a tragic loss to cinema, I must say!
