If you could pick a roster of ten heroes, regardless of publisher for a Super Team, who would you pick and why?
1. Wolverine-He's been my favorite since I was little, and every team needs and abrassive, diminutive little scrapper.
2. Prototype-He was in Malibu's Ultraforce. He is kind of an Iron Man type, but his suit helps him harness and control his powers. I just like the guy for some reason.
3. The Thing-Every super team needs a resident strong man type, and Ben Grimm fits the bill for me. I always liked how an oranage rock guy is one of the most human heroes of them all.
4. Deadlock-He is part of the A.B.C. Warriors, put out by the people that bring Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, and 2000 AD to life. I like him. He would be the resident expert in magic and the occoult, plus he is kind of bad as a follower of Khaos. He isn't evil, but kind of does his own thing.
5. The Black Cat- Not Marvel's vesrion, but Harvey Comic's Golden Age version. Every team needs at least one babe that is beautiful, can be vulnerable and yet capable of kicking butt.
6. The Blue Falcon-Sans Dyno Mutt. He would fill the void of mysterious detective type in the team. Dyno Mutt would have no place in my team. I always liked the Falcon character and think it could be cool to see him play the staright role without the bumbling sidekick to do him in.
7. Fighting American- He feels the patriotic vanilla guy slot. I always liked the charcter so here he is.
8. The Golden Archer-He is the resident guy with gimmick arrows. I just felt inclined to include someone from the Squadron Supreme.
9. Peregrine-From Alan Moore's Top Ten. She is the winged hero and adds another lady to the mix.
10. Green Lantern-The Golden Age version. Alan Scott is the leader of my group, for nor real reason.
