Okay, here's another tough one, but I have a feeling you people will know. There was a "turn of the century" themed series that I THINK was put out by Filmation in the early-mid 70's. This was a humorous family drama that took place in the late 1800s...at least, that's what I remember. Non-fantasy in nature. Handlebar mustaches, pinstripe suits, barbershop quartets, early motorcars, etc., were the imagery. I don't believe the series was a hit, and it didn't last too long...the subject matter just wasn't what cool 70's kids wanted to watch.
If it wasn't Filmation that did it, then it was one of the other major TV animation producers. It was given a good push, but just didn't fly, and unlike "Sealab 2020," it didn't have a catchy title that stuck in my memory.
Some of you geniuses must know.

i'm consulting my book right now... it never interested me too much, due to the nature of the show, but i do remember seeing it. let's see... "These Are the Days" about a family named Day. Done like the Waltons, broadcast from 9-7-74 to 9-5-76 on ABC, a Hanna-Barbera Production; 16 episodes (a lot to stretch out for two years). i remember it being broadcast later on in the day on Saturday, and intermittently, due to football. of course, with no fantasy elements, i didn't watch it much, but then i never watched the Waltons either.
