Let's face it TOM AND JERRY gave Bugs Bunny a run for his money.It's hard to believe he along with Mr Barbera practically created most of the shows we grew up watching,before networks found it cheaper to go to Japan for kids shows.

Definitely Raul! Actually Tom and Jerry won more Oscars than any other animated charcters! Joe Barbera was really the last remaining great animator from the classic era that defined exactly what American animation looked like. And the Hanna-Barbera TV empire is, or was, the largest animation studio in the world, with arguably more famous characters than any other studio except maybe Disney and Warner Brothers. Yogi Bear is probably my second favorite all time cartoon character(Bugs is first of course!). Was Joe involved in the new Tom and Jerry series currently running on the WB network, or whatever it's called now? I haven't seen it yet, but it looks good from the stills I've seen.

New network is CW, C from CBS (which owned UPN) , W from Warner Brothers (which of course owned WB).
