recently got a trade of this comic, and remembered how much i enjoyed the cartoon. so i got a set of the the entire series, and it's a lot of fun, holds up well. i'm surprised it hasn't received a DVD release yet.

Yeah, I liked both too. Thought they stayed pretty close to the comic on those cartoons. Except, if I remember right, wasn't there some cheesecake in the comic? Great art, I remember that. One of the really good independants that was out there.

after watching the first ten episodes, it's good, but it suffers from having Shoenhorst be the main villain the entire series it that it gets old. even after only 10 episodes. she's not in everyone, but most of 'em.
lots of cheesecake in the book, but all tasteful. he was channeling Wally Wood a lot in the early issues!
