I just discovered this show recently, and I LOVE it! I looked it up on IMDB and discovered it was produced by Fox and Friz Freleng's company(!), which I think is really cool (I could've sworn it was done by Filmation) The art direction is superb, which is no small wonder since it was handled by Doug Wildley(creator of Johnny Quest) Too bad the show didn't last longer. BTW,I'm almost 25 years old and the vibe of the show, especially the opening credits, gave me the chills!
Now that I'm done watching this, I am starting in on Tsuburaya's 1974 series "Time of the Apes", another great underrated show. Man! They should've done more non-ultraman/giant hero series. Anyone else agree? I F-ING LOVE their shows like Operation:Mystery, Aizenborg, Koseidon, Aztecizer Starwolf etc.
