I"m posting alist of my personal favorite tokusatsu directors(favorite, because of their style and the impact they've had) and I advise y'all to do the same:
Akio Jissoji: One of my all-time favorite directors. His style of avant-garde/surrealism really appeals to me.(Ultraman, Ultraseven, Mighty Jack, Operation:Mystery!, Tokyo:The Last Megalopolis, Ultra Q: The Movie, Ultraman Tiga, and he was the creator/director of one of my all-time favorite sci-fi shows, Silver Kamen.)
Jun Oki: Was an effects director at Tsuburaya, worked on Ultra Q, Ultraman and Ultraseven. Became a director on Return of Ultraman, Fireman, and Aizenborg. Is responsible for those great dusk/dawn effects scenes.
Minoru Yamada: Director on Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider V3, Barom-1, Inazuman, Robot Detective (what a list!) and various sentai shows.
Keita Amemiya: Kamen Rider Black, Kamen Rider Black RX, Maskman, Jiban, Jetman, Zyuranger, Cyber Ninja, Zeiram/Zeiram 2, Hakaider, Kamen Rider ZO/J, Moon over Tao, Mikazuki, Garo. I love Amemiya, his style is like Japanese and Hong Kong styles fused together.
Darn it!, I'm late for work, just let me also mention Ryuta Tazaki and Kazuya Konaka, and Kazuho Mitsuta, I wanted to include them, but don't have enough time. Perhaps August or someone else can list anyone I forgot to mention. See you guys later. Also, let's hear your thoughts.

That's a very good list. Amemiya is at the top of my list.
