Randy Macho Man Savage, who arose to prominence in WWF wrestling died after losing control of his car due to a heart attack while behind the wheel. The 58 yr old former wrestler wound up hitting a tree and died of his injuries later at the hospital. Macho Man's biggest career highlight was actually his most visible defeat, losing his intercontinental title to Ricky Steamboat at WRESTLEMANIA III. The match was so well received it led to Macho Man's first face turn and winning the world title an year later.

Words fail me,Raul;hearing of Randy's death was quite a shock.I think he defined The WWF in the 80's nearly as much as Hulk Hogan, really(&much like The Road Warriors&Ric Flair he was a heel that everybody cheered...)Randy Mario Poffo, you will most definitely be missed.

It's a shame that Hogan always had to come before Savage. Randy deserved a longer title reign than just one year.
