New board, new beginning. Introduce yourself here, and tell us who you were if you have changed names.
"celamowari" here, AKA "Captain Satellite", still Chris Elam. I'm still the host of the various permutations of OWARI that are found all over the place.

"Hi my name is Chad." "Hi Chad!" "Now Chad, tell us why you are here." "I am a video game junkie, been playing my whole life. I also love Star Wars. I feel in love when I was a kid, and have loved it ever since. Some say I have an unhealthy obsession with Boba Fett, because I want some adult sized Underoos of his. I also have four kids, and it is cool. I can watch cartoon and claim to just be spending time with them, instead of admitting I have never outgrown them. I also enjoy comic books, and complain at the movies because they don't stick to the comics. Throw in the fact I present people with debates about who was better, GoBots or Transformers. I also love wrestling, and fought tooth and nail to keep from admiting it is 'fake'" "Everyone, let's give Chad a big group hug. Admiting you have a problem is the first step to recovery! We here at Tri Lambs anonymous all share your pain. You have to hold your head up be proud to be a Nerd. Look at David over there. He loves Cheesy Kung Fu movies, can wax intellectual about Godzilla, and has probably increased sales of Infra Man by a gajillion percent. Chris over there has an obsession with Sentai and Devo. Iga has a pyschosis about Masked Rider. Dan likes Sonny Chibat a tad too much. Grant seems a wee bit too interested in Italian Slasher Flicks. Amelia likes to sacrifice goats and pinball machines to some Pagan Gods so they might name her the goat queen. Gilbert has delusions of being an ER Doc in Chicago with some guy that thinks he is Batman! Booger drinks too much, eats- well boogers, and has a fixation with underage girls. You are among friends here!" www.fast-rewind.com/revengenerds2.jpg [/img]

Mike here-I was Powered RedKing on the EZ Boards, but here I was actually able to get plain RedKing,as that was what i wanted all along, buyt someone else on EZ already was RedKing.Like everyone here I have an mania for Japanese sci-fi in nearly every form-monster movies,Ultraman,Kamen Rider ,sentai, classic anime. I also love classic horror films from the 30 and 40s especially Universal and Mongram,AIP horror films,Hammer,50s B movies, classic comedy-Stooges,WC Fields,Marx Bros,A&C,Mexican wrestler movies and actual Mexican wrestling,70s Kung Fu movies(not really into the newer stuff, but it is cool),European horror films from the 60s- the 80s(Lucio Fulci was a genius,I don't care what anyone says!).I also read voraciously-filmbooks,HP Lovecraft,Edgar Rice Burroughs,Robert E Howard, history books, that kind of stuff.I'm hoping to be able to post a bit more now that I have Friday, saturday and sunday off everyweek.10 hour days 3pm -1am Mon-Thurs,but it really is worth it to have a 3 day weekend every week!I've been a member of the old EZ Board for something like 2 and half years and absolutely love it and everyone on it-I've never seen so many people that share so many of my interests!

The man who would be Igadevil (which is really *supposed* to be I kadevil, but there's a lame little story behind that which I've cleverly covered up by claiming it's a witty pun, as the description to your left shows.)...wait, wait, that's no good, let me start over... Ahem. The man who would be Igadevil, is Paul Sullivan. And who the heck is that? He's from New England, he studies Japanese, and for some reason he loves shows about Japanese stunt guys in funny costumes riding motorcycles around and beating each other up. At least it keeps him off drugs. He has gone under this since day one, and runs a website of the same name: www.igadevil.comBut his tastes go well beyond those described here. Uh...I'll need one of those big question things to do all those, because me can no think now need sleep ugh. He's also currently in Japan!

Hi! harvestmoon38 or otherwise known as Amy. Sister of celamowari and have managed to make friends with 99% of the people that were @ the previous Xenorama. Some refer to me as the crazy girl. I don't know what they're talking about.

EL BEARDO needs no introduction, but you will get one anyway!
EL BEARDO, OWARI's erstwhile mascot and devil-may-care bon vivant, first came into the public eye in 1996. Since then, it has been one big party, much to the chagrin of OWARI's honcho.
EL BEARDO whiles away the idle hours, of which there are many, cruising the wild streets of Lake Charles, Louisiana in the famous lavender 1973 AMC Gremlin emblazoned with the "I Brake For Monster Booty!" bumper sticker. Tomfoolery is EL BEARDO's stock in trade and it is never in short supply in Lake Chuck.
EL BEARDO arrived at the Xenorama hot dog stand in 2002 and has been an often invisible but nevertheless omnipresent personality there. Now EL BEARDO has arrived to conquer ProBoards in much the same way that ezboard fell.
FEAR THE BEARD!

I'm Stuart. I'm owned by a cat, her royal highness Polly, Princess of Catopia incolor.inetnebr.com/stuart/polly/I'm a tokusatsu fan, mostly 1970s. incolor.inetnebr.com/stuart/henshin/ I used the name ZoneFighter in a Godzilla forum, that no longer exists, because Zone Fighter and the 70s Gojira (Godzilla) were friends. For some reason I decided to use the name here. I'm also addicted to computer adventure games. If you went to Gameboomers you'd find me there as Guybrush Threepwood, from a character in a series of games from LucasArts. I wish they'd get over this Star Wars obession and get back to making "Monkey Island" games. Years before I learned about the Internet and the web I ran a local computer bulletin board system (BBS) named after Gallifrey from Doctor Who. For awhile I lost interest in Doctor Who but I've got back into it. I came here because Megaloman posted the url in his Yahoo group. I like it here.

Who am I? That's a good question. Here are some hints. I appeared in nearly 100 films, often uncredited. Some of them could be your favorite movies, such as THE MONSTER THAT CHALLENGED THE WORLD, HOLD THAT GHOST, WHO DONE IT?, DR. JEKYLL & MR. HYDE (the 1941 version in which I gave Spencer Tracy a few acting tips), THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY, THE GIRL CAN'T HELP IT (and believe me, she really couldn't), DICK TRACY MEETS GRUESOME (ah that Boris, great guy), and THE MUSIC MAN. I also made many TV show guest appearances. So I ask again, can you tell me... Who am I?

Yes, a nerd be I, but there's more than meets the eye.
Rather than go way off topic in this thread, I've created a new thread to continue this baffling question. See the "Who Am I?" thread. More hints to follow...

I'm shonokin here, just like I'm shonokin on every other board. I'm an animator in video games and do a lot of horror fiction illustration in my spare time. I'm *always* busy, but never too busy to stop by some of my favorite boards, like Xenorama, and see what's going on with the rest of you hep cats. I like Kaiju, tokusatsu, Hellboy, Geocaching, all forms of animation but especially stop-motion, pulp horror fiction, Japanese history etc etc. I run several websites though most notably right now www.manlywadewellman.comwww.seamountains.net (me and my wife's personal site)

So do I. Since Tom Deitz included a "cameo" of Silver John in one of his "David Sullivan" books, I did somewhat the same. John appears, as a very old man called upon once again by witch Polly Wiltse, in my first internet illustrated fanfiction: No Need For A Dragon. I did not find a truly satisfactory image for John, so I used this one:

The Delmarva Squirrels are widely recognized as some of the more treacherous and evil members of the rodent horde. I even read something about them at this web page: www.scarysquirrel.org/special/profiles/delmarva/It's just gotta be true. I read it on the web.
