We have been trying to instill the true meaning of Christmas into our kids. There are some needy kids in our Church who needed presents because their folks are down on their luck. Some good friends of ours sent my kids a gift card to Walmart yesterday. Instead of the kids using it on themselves, they opted to by presents for those kids. They did this with no prompting from us, and that gesture made me feel like we are getting through. Alot of folks are lamenting the commercialization of Christmas, but them and their desire to help those kids have a good Christmas showed me not everyone is so jaded. I will remember this Christmas for quite a long time, and feel like I am on my way to raising the kind of kids who will be upstanding people. bloggers.ja.bz/katou/archives/39.jpg [/img] Have a Merry Christmas you will, or beat you down I shall!
