I hadn't seen this movie since I saw it in the theater as a kid. The amazing thing is just how much of it I clearly remembered. For an underdog B flick it was well acted and directed. Though unfortunately some of the dino footage is pretty weak, especially with the hand puppets.
Overall it was really enjoyable to see again and is accessable enough to even get my wife to sit down and watch it without complaining about my strange movie habits.

did you see the DVD of it? it looks great, with the colors and widescreen. it's too bad Jack didn't get to do a commentary on it as well (his Blob is great). and what a cover to the DVD- looks swell!

Yep, I have the DVD. The transfer is really great with vivid colors and crisp picture. It's a great disc to have!

Jack sure made a lot of cool movies- it's amazing how many he was involved with.
