Released with that slew of other Midnight Movies double feature discs, COUNT YORGA 1 and 2 with Robert Quarry as the title character. Did someone post on these already? I forget. But the first feature (PG) is R material, and the second feature (R) is PG material. Things sure were kooky back then! These two American flicks are very Hammer in style.
Count Yorga's vampire brides seem like fun gals, and Yorga's fangs are a row of pointy teeth in front, not just the incisors...
Good old silly nonsense for your Halloween fun. It's crap, but it's decent crap. I would like to see a few more of these double feature discs.

Aw, man! No one here likes Count Yorga but me! I feel so alone!!!! I weep for the fine but misguided people at Xenorama.
Uh....Count Yorga? Those AIP movies that have the vampires that run at you screaming in slow motion? C'mon, it's the shiznit!

Aw, man! You never saw that stuff...hmmm...
Well, remember BLACULA, when they had that cab driver girl vampire frozen in the morgue, and they thaw her out and she comes charging down the hallway screaming ("YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!") and then bites Elisha Cook, Jr.?
Count Yorga has that kinda stuff. And a lot of low-cut blouses. AIP was trying to create their own line of Hammer films for a while. For a few films, they succeeded!
If I had to choose between COUNT YORGA and BLACULA, I would definitely choose BLACULA, but the first YORGA comes in a close second.
