Anybody catch this one? I have to say I was very surprised by the film. It's one of the very rare "modern" horror films that I actually found enjoyable and well-done. It was nice to see some new twists on an old story that didn't go to the point of being ridiculous. I never gave it more than a passing thought until viewing bits & pieces of it a few weeks back, and finally saw the entire film after the DVD arrived yesterday.
I normally detest attempts to modernize legendary horror figures or films (garbage like Dawn of the Dead '04, 28 Days Later, Cabin Fever), but found this film very entertaining. It's the best modern horror film I've seen since Wrong Turn.
