After a voodoo priestess dies her son, Willis, who was passed over as leader of the cult, decides to get revenge against the cult by using voodoo magic to bring back the vampire Manuwalde. Manuwalde starts his feeding on the cult members with Willis.
The vampire hunter is this film is Justin, boyfriend of the new voodoo priestess Lisa. Manuwalde goes after Lisa because he think she can use voodoo magic to free him from Dracula's curse. As in the original there is a white cop who becomes convinced of the existance of vampires, although his men think he's nuts.
Like the original "Blacula" this sequel deserves a better title and contains a scene I'd remove. In the original Manuwalde is called "Blacula" only by Dracula. In this film Manuwalde calls himself Blacula, twice.
The original was better, especially in its ending. The title "Scream Bracula Scream" refers to the final scene of the picture, which I think is the weakest part of the picture.
