In this variation of the Jekyll and Hyde story, a small town doctor becomes addicted to an experimental drug which turns him into a blood sucking monster. The pills also make him the carrier of a cell destroying virus. The bodies of his victims quickly decay.
The make up isn't very impressive. The film ends the way you would expect it to.
Side A of the DVD features "The Return of Dracula" (1958).
