Mirrormask is a movie directed by Dave McKean (who created the covers for Gaiman's THE SANDMAN series) and written by Gaiman. It's coming out in late November this year. The effects are produced by the Jim Henson Co. Though I think the visuals are probably all CGI it very definately has a stop motion/Bros Quay/Fred Stuhr sort of feel to it. It looks so freakin' cool that it makes me sick to my stomach! There are some screenshots from the movie here: www.neilgaiman.com/journal/journal.aspInterview with a producer here with more images: www.comicbookresources.com/news/newsitem.cgi?id=4036And the official movie site is here, though there's not much to it right now: www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/mirrormask/index.html

That does look cool. It would be nice if it was stop-motion, as it would have a "real" look to it, but I won't hold my breath.
