hicbc.com/tv/mebius/main.htmHere's a link to the official site of the next Ultraseries-ULTRAMAN MEBIUS. There's not much up yet, but it looks very promising! The most promising aspect of this series is that along with using classic monsters as MAX has been doing, this series will actually go with the Showa continuity and appearances by the classic UltraBrothers and UltraFather and UltraMother will happen! UltraFather is right on the front page photo montage and if you click on the 4 lines of writing to the right of the picture there are some other pages with a few more pics-one shows Mebius with Zoffy-80 behind him. I am surorised to see 70s monsters like Gudon and Birdon coming back as well! I think I'm going to like this series alot!

that does look very cool, and what else would be appropriate for the 40th?

Found out a little more info-the title's english translation is supposed to be ULTRAMAN MOEBIUS. The UltraBrothers may not be appearing on the series, but UltraFather and Zoffy's human form have been confirmed. However, the UltraBrothers are returning with ultraman Moebius in a feature film to be released in September called ULTRAMAN MOEBIUS AND THE ULTRABROTHERS: THE ETERNAL BRAVES (what is this with "Braves" in Japanese sci-fi titles lately anyways??), so that should be fantastic! here's the site's link, there's more stuff than before: www.hicbc.com/tv/mebius/

www.youtube.com/results?search=ultraman+mebius&search_type=search_videos&search=SearchHere's a link to several videos of ULTRAMAN MOEBIUS on You Tube .com . Among the clips and stuff you can watch the complete episodes 1 and 3. I really like what I've seen so far! Along with picking up the old continuity, they are using the old classic sound effects for explosions, jet engines, lasers and monster roars! Gudon and Birdon look great and the new monster, Deinozaur(?) is quite impressive(and sounds like Gigan!). Episode 6 airs this weekend. I hope the series is doing well, I haven't heard any preliminary ratings yet.

dang, a little more research and i would have found this. i've watched three episodes now and really like it. i have some suspicions about the Captain of GUYS, but i'll see if that bears out in future episodes.

i've watched up to episode #5 now, and it's really cool. seeing older monsters is quite cool. and talk about a mystery- is that Tsurugi a good Ultra or a bad Ultra? it looks like some on this Veoh are from the HK discs as well.

this show just keeps getting better, though one has to wonder at why they would think having a maquette of Z-Ton was ever a good idea (#27). great to see the ol' space dinosaur back though!

only six episodes left.
i'm watching the new movie, and it's better than i thought it would be, though there's still too much talking and not enough monster action. it's great seeing the beginning with the little boys watching Ultraman, that made me want to watch it again as well.
still, the movie moves along rather well, and it's always nice to see the original actors. in this "world" they are all married to their respective female counterparts. i'm only 50 minutes in, so we'll see how it goes.

This was a great series to be sure. Tsuburaya has really made a spectacular comeback with their recent shows-Ultraman max, mebius and the Ultra Galaxy shows are all great! While the 90s trio of Tiga, Dyna and Gaia were also extremely well done, i lkike theses new series better as they use a nice mix of new monsters and classic monsters, which the 90s shows didn't do at all. I am looking forward to seeing the new movie with the classic Ultras and Tiga,Dyna, Gaia and Mebius! They also brought back one of my favorite monsters from the 90s shows-Silvergon! He and RedKing should square off on a future Ultra galaxy episode as they have similar personalities and strength.

I wonder why Ultraman Cosmos wasn't included. Maybe he would just have been on ultra too many.
