WRESTLING WOMEN VS THE AZTEC APE. Basically they took the K Gordon Murray dubbed DOCTOR OF DOOM [LUCHADORAS VS EL MEDICO ASESINO] and added early 60's type original music reminiscent of MOWTOWN and surf rock.

WORLD'S GREATEST ATHLETE, which is very corny, but picks up nicely at the end. Howard Cosell is really a funny guy.
Ultraman Mebius series.

Lots of Gegege no Kitarou, the 2007 series. It's getting the HK bad sub treatment. Most of it is understandable English for the most part. All the proper names are completely bizarre and nonsensical.

Penny Dreadful's Horror Hosts of New England special. Worth seeing to see clips of Simon the host of Simon's Sanctorium. The guy was ahead of his time.

The Man in the Brown Suit
A 1980s TV movie which reset Agatha Christie's story in the 1980s with a modern American woman. The suspects included the Equalizer and Felix (actually Tony Randall was good as 3 different characters, including a woman). It would have been better kept in the original timeline.

Wonder Woman: The Complete Third Season rental disc 4
The rental discs are single sided so it takes twice as many discs. Acting is still bad. Second and third episodes on the disc have bad endings. First leaves the leprechaun not having retrieved his pot of gold since Wonder Woman's capturing the thieves means he didn't get it back by himself and the other lets the bad guys get away. Perhaps they intended to continue the story in the never done 4th season.
The Untouchables: Season 1 Volume 2 I really like this show, though I know its mostly fictionalized. Ness did not bring down every gangster that existed.

It's a little more interesting now that Daphne can speak and since there is another vampire after Maggie but I still don't like this storyline and will be glad when its over.

Snake Pliskin? I thought you was dead!
I finally saw Uchu Daisenso and thought the effects were great but that every shot was about twice as long as they needed to be. I'm too old to be in the MTV generation, so I don't feel I'm just used to 3 second jump cuts. Just feel it's a movie that plot wise moves pretty fast, but scene wise could use some tightening.
I also saw King Kong Escapes for the first time and thought it was great. Amazing they can make such a good movie with such a terrible Kong suit. There's a couple of scenes with the right lighting that makes it look ok. Overall this reminds me a lot of Frankenstein vs Baragon and War of the Gargantuas in the scale, detail, coloring and effects. Really nice looking movie and it moves great. Mecha Kong is very cool, but never really does that much.
